Your journey begins with a pick-up from either Marrakech city center (Hotel Ali cafe) at 7:30 PM or Marrakech Airport at 8:00 PM. You will then be driven to the charming mountain village of Imlil, where you can enjoy a delicious welcome dinner and take in the stunning panoramic views of the High Atlas mountains.
During your trek, you will have the opportunity to explore the beautiful natural landscapes of Mount Toubkal and its surrounding areas. and climb to the summit of Mount Toubkal, the highest peak in North Africa at 4,167 meters.
You will be staying at Hotel Ghazal Imlil, a traditional guest house that will provide you with a comfortable and authentic Moroccan experience. Rest assured that all your needs will be taken care of on this trip. All your meals, accommodation, and transfers are included, so you can relax and focus on the experience.
The trek will last for 3 days, and each day will involve around 5-6 hours of walking, with plenty of breaks to rest, take in the scenery, and enjoy a delicious packed lunch.
On the final day of the trek, you will return to Imlil for a farewell lunch before being driven back to Marrakech.

Itinerary
On Day 1, you’ll be picked up from Marrakech and taken to the mountain village of Imlil, where you’ll enjoy a welcome dinner and take in the panoramic views of the mountains from your accommodation at Hotel Ghazal Imlil.
In the morning, you’ll give your main bag to the muleteers. They will take care of your luggage while we leave and head through the Berber villages. Along the way, we’ll visit the sacred shrine of Sidi Chamharouch at 2400 meters. Here, we’ll enjoy a picnic lunch. After a short break, we’ll continue our climb toward Refuge Toubkal, located at 3207 meters above sea level. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the shelter, where you can rest and prepare for the summit hike on Day 3.
Day 3 begins early with a 5 am breakfast, and a steady hike up to the summit of Mt Toubkal at 4,167m. The sunrise view from the summit is simply stunning, with the snowy peak offering a view of the green Anti-Atlas mountains and even the Sahara desert! After taking some time to enjoy the view, you’ll then begin the 6-hour descent back to Imlil. The driver is waiting in the village to return to Marrakech and drop you at your accommodation late afternoon. 6 hours of walking.
